As Arte is playing Tournée tonight, the movie of the larp (explanations here) was released on Arte’s website today. It’s in French, but you get to see how the game looked like.

For an in-depth review by an experienced larper (who played the dude with the hat), feel free to Google translate this page in your language of choice.

In a nutshell: there were about 10 larpers and 16 non-larpers (some of them burlesque performers in real life) and all loved the movie. The larpers hacked the game a bit before game start to make it “truer” to the movie and fill in the numerous game bugs, but had a lot of fun. They really enjoyed the collaboration with the world of TV, Michel Reilhac learned a lot about the world of larp organizing and all were very impressed by the performers. And icing on the cake, they actually used the proper French word “GN” in the opening titles!

Flattr this!
